A detailed root cause analysis has been conducted, and information regarding the causes and impacts of the outages is provided below. Root Cause Analysis of the Incident A partial access outage occurred at 18:40 due to a DDOS attack on the infrastructure of Vodafone Telekomünikasyon A.Ş, where our cloud platform's 1B region is located. Temporary Solutions for the Issue To quickly resolve the partial access outage and maintain access quality, the traffic of the 1B region was redirected through backup circuits and DDOS scrubbing centers using traffic engineering. The issue was resolved. Permanent Solutions for the Root Cause To prevent similar incidents, additional peers have been activated at ISP service providers. Necessary improvements have been made to mitigate potential DDOS attacks from both domestic and international sources.
